Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

We currently deliver to Ireland and selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Ireland: 6-12 business days from dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays or high demand periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email where available, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delays

Lunae Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at lunaestore.shop@hotmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours or any safe location it may have been left. If you are still unable to locate your parcel, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date.
