At Lunae®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before completing your order.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only on products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or partially used.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at lunaestore.shop@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide instructions within 2-3 business days.
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the conditions stated above.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at lunaestore.shop@hotmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
